Monica & Neil McCullough

Monica McCullough graduated from the University of Alberta, Faculty of Nursing with Distinction in 1994 and began her nursing career in long term care in Alberta. She served on the Capital Health Region Advisory Board for the Development of the Stony Plain Long Term Care Facility, past president of the Alberta Parenting for the Future and has been a 20 year volunteer with Big Brothers and Big Sisters.

Monica brings to her networking business a variety of nursing experiences in skilled nursing, operations, assisted living,  memory care, and hospice.  Monica believes that the privilege of helping people, whether ministering to the sick and dying, or supporting and nurturing people who are looking for a way to create their freedom, is an honor.  The clinical and interpersonal skills that she has learned during her clinical practice has allowed her to create an environment of learning and support for those who chose to look to her for help.

Nine years of network marketing experience with two international organizations has taught her many of the “wrong’ ways to build a networking business….but recently she learned the secrets of network marketing gurus and wants to save you many years of heartache and financial distress.

Neil McCullough is a power engineer who spent 16 years working for Trans Alta Utilities in the power generation field outside of Edmonton, Alberta.  During his tenure in power generation Neil, successfully completed his Second Class ticket and was Assistant Shift Engineer.

Neil’s quiet demeanor lends itself to the many detailed aspects of power generation and network marketing.  His partnership with Monica in Creating Your Freedom allows his love of detail to take care of the operation and support of the million and one details that go on behind the scenes.  He believes that the one key element in building any successful network business is the ability to create a relationship with the people that come to you for advice.  “This is a people business, people want to deal with people – not be sold a ‘business scam’”

Monica and Neil have three children, 12 year old twins Connor and Adrienne, and 9 year old Jeremy.  They live in sunny Arizona and enjoy travelling back to Canada to visit their extended family and many friends.
