Great stuff Monica,

I agree 100 percent.. either we are motivated
by the carrot or the stick.. the sad thing is
most people by the stick and not carrot.. so
we sit around in complacency.. just long
enough to reach our "uncomfortable" level
and then we get to work.

Hi Monica,
I really enjoyed reading your post today Monica. It is so important to celebrate the success that you accomplish in your day. It could be anything as small as actually getting up out of bed when you are sad. I remember Joe Vitale talking about how when he was in a rut, had no home and wanted to desperately try to fix himself he was trying to determine what he was thankful for. Turned out, it was the eraser on his pencil. He thought is his pencil could fix a wrong then he had the power to fix what was wrong in him...That is just what he did and look what happened from that day forward. So now when I don't quite hit on my goals, I start again its ok. Joe is one of the top personal development coaches of all time. I have learned so much from him and I am blessed to have shared that story about small celebrations.
